The Growth Diagnostic is the audit stage of the Growth Architecture framework. Structured interviews, data review, and operating-model diagnostics produce a root-cause map and a ranked backlog: what is leaking, what it costs you, and what to fix first. High-confidence quick wins are implemented during the engagement, so the audit pays for itself before the report lands. You leave with the evidence base every later stage builds on.
