Who leads the studio?

Oksana Pashchenko is the founder and principal. She holds a Global MBA from ESMT Berlin and wrote Growth Architecture, the book the method is set out in. Every engagement runs through her: the audit, the blueprint, and the decisions about what to leave alone. Specialists join for delivery where a work stream calls for them, which keeps the practice small enough to stay accountable and wide enough to execute.

What do you offer?

Two things, drawn from the same method. Professional services: business strategy and board support, operating models, growth operations, solution architecture, brand and design, and the change programmes that make any of it stick. And technology: the go:verla toolset, which reaches clients once it has been validated rather than announced early. Alongside both runs the Lab, where we design applied studies, validate products and simulate decisions before they are taken.

How does an engagement start?

With a short call to understand the context and agree who is involved. Then an assessment: structured interviews and a read of what you already run, decision rights, evidence, cadence and handovers. It ends with a ranked set of recommendations, a solution blueprint and an implementation pipeline, each item sequenced and costed. You can stop there and run it yourself, or we install it with you.

Engagements range from a single strategic question answered in weeks to a multi-quarter installation across several functions. Scale is handled through strategic capabilities: a core that holds the method and the accountability, plus vetted specialists and delivery partners brought in per work stream. Where a piece of work sits outside what we can execute well, we say so plainly rather than stretch to cover it.

Why does the book Growth Architecture matter?

It is the method written down. Everything the studio does, from the first assessment to the go:verla toolset, follows the framework set out in the book, so a client can read it and know what the work will look like before signing anything. It is the one place where the whole system is explained end to end, and it is available in print and digital worldwide.

Do you work with defence, MilTech and aerospace companies?

Yes. The sector is one we work in deliberately rather than opportunistically, and part of the Lab's published research sits there. Dual-use and defence programmes bring conditions most commercial playbooks ignore: procurement that runs on tenders rather than pipelines, long qualification cycles, export control, classification boundaries and primes as customers rather than end users. We bring specialists with that background into the work, and we are candid about where a clearance or an accreditation we do not hold sets the limit.
