Go:Lofty (brand name) provides digital products and AI-powered SaaS subscriptions. Because all our products are delivered electronically, we do not provide returns or refunds once digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.

1. Digital Product Returns

All digital products (eBooks, toolkits, templates, online materials) are non-refundable once delivery or access has been granted.
Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to confirm that:

“I understand that by purchasing digital content, I request immediate access and acknowledge that I lose my right to withdraw once the download or access begins.”

This confirmation ensures compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.

2. SaaS Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing period.

  • Cancellation stops future renewals, but no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle or unused time.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • The digital file or service was technically defective or inaccessible, and

  • The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe after contacting support.
